The Company has developed training, retraining and advanced training programmes in dedicated technical schools and universities, as well as on the grounds of the corporate Employee Training Center.
When employed immediately after graduating from a technical school or university, graduates receive the status “Young professional” and are included in the programme “Young professional school”, which allows them to gradually assimilate with the work team and plan further career growth within the Company.
